About Us
Inspired Nexus Global Ltd. is a registered organisation dedicated to developing the leadership capacity of young people, empowering youth and building a community of dynamic changemakers. We provide educational services, business and leadership training and empowerment schemes for young leaders.
Inspired Nexus was inaugurated on November 25, 2023. We exist to raise and equip the next generation of transformed leaders — young men and women who will become dynamic trailblazers in their different spheres of influence.
Through key initiatives such as our Leadership Mentorship Programs, Skill Empowerment Workshops and Community Engagement Projects, Inspired Nexus contributes to fulfilling the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.

The Transformative Leadership Conference
The Transformative Leadership Conference (TTLC), formerly known as the Global Leadership Conference, is one of our flagship projects and a major Leadership Mentorship program for undergraduates and young professionals across tertiary and vocational institutions.
TTLC is a part of our #VISION10000 campaign — an initiative designed to empower 10,000 undergraduates and young professionals over the next ten years across institutions in Nigeria, Africa and the world.
This will be achieved through partnerships with student bodies, corporate organizations and government agencies.
The Transformative Leadership Conference empowers young leaders with cutting-edge knowledge, practical tools and relevant 21st-century skills that help them unlock their leadership potential and position them for the future.
Our key focus areas include Leadership Development, Relationship and Network Building, Entrepreneurship, Wealth Creation, Personal Development and so much more.
Each edition features High Profile Speakers, Industry Leaders and Dynamic Young Voices who are creating meaningful impact in society.
Our goal is simple: to leave participants with practical models, stir deep transformation and ignite the passion to become changemakers through the TTLC experience.
MAIDEN EDITION
Event Highlights and Stories
On September 7, 2024, we held the maiden edition of The Transformative Leadership Conference THEMED: BECOMING FUTURE PROOF — and it was a huge success. The conference received strong support from lecturers, students, the Students Union Government and other key student bodies who saw it as the fresh, needed solution our community had been waiting for.
The University of Port Harcourt hosted this first edition, the convener’s alma mater, as a way of giving back to the school that helped shape his journey. The event was also covered by Atlantic Television Network (ATN), Port Harcourt, and featured on radio for its powerful impact on the student community.
We didn’t just hold an event; we created an experience that many students are still talking about.

The participants didn’t just attend a conference. They had an experience.
Audience Demographics
Our audience for the maiden edition consisted primarily of undergraduates from the University of Port Harcourt (100–400 level). We also welcomed young leaders from other states and institutions. Students from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; Nnamdi Azikiwe University; and others attended the conference.
For the maiden edition, over 100 intentional young leaders gathered together for an immersive and transformative moment of learning and empowerment.
