Growing in Grace: Accessing the Dimensions of God’s Grace

If the Scripture calls Him “The God of All Grace,” it means Grace is multidimensional.

Grace is a free gift, an executive initiative of unconditional love, and a spirit of constant help.

The Finished Work of Christ provided the access, but the Dimensions of Grace require our exploration.

To grow in Grace is to move from the shore of being “saved” into the depths of the deeper dimensions of God’s Grace.

The Command of Progression: Why we must Grow

Growth is not an option in the Kingdom; it is a mandate.

Apostle Peter, a man who moved from the depth of denial to the height Grace, wrote: “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18).

Notice the link: you cannot grow in a Grace you do not know.

Growth is the progressive deconstruction of your own limitations to make room for the multifaceted wisdom of God.

If you only know Grace as the power that forgives sin, you will remain a victim to life’s pressures.

You must grow into the dimensions that empower you to rule.

The Diligence of the Recipient:

There is a paradox here: His divine power has given us all things, yet we are told: “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith…” (2 Peter 1:5).

You are not adding to the value of the Cross—that is impossible. You are adding to the capacity of your soul to carry the dimensions of God’s power.

Diligence is your responsibility. It is the alignment of your will with His working. You have the virtues; now you must give diligence to “add” until the full stature of Christ is revealed in you.

Grace for Grace: The Law of Progressive Supply

In John 1:16, we find the blueprint for growing in Grace: “And of his fulness have we all received, and grace for grace.”

This describes a progressive, systemic supply—one dimension of Grace building upon another.

To hit the nail on the head, let us look at the functional examples of these dimensions:

  1. The Dimension of Justification (The Foundation): This is the foundational Grace that handles the legalities of your past. It declares you righteous Sola Gratia—by Grace alone. Without this dimension, you cannot grow because you are still stuck trying to pay a debt Jesus already stamped “Paid in Full.”
  2. The Dimension of Constant Help (The Spirit of Grace): This is the “Yet Not I” dimension. It is accessed when you cry, “Help me, Holy Spirit.” It is the Grace that assists your infirmities so that your labor is no longer a product of human stamina, but of divine current.
  3. The Dimension of Sufficiency (The Thorn-Defier): This is the dimension God revealed to Paul in his weakness. It is the Grace that makes you superior to the pressure. It is the oil that keeps your fragrance pure even when external “flies” seek to contaminate your work.
  4. The Dimension of Sovereign Authority (The Mandate): This is the high-level Grace required to execute your divine assignment. It is the dimension that turns a follower into a leader and a student into an Apostle. It is the authority to speak to mountains and see them move based on the Word.

The Fullness of His Grace: Accessing the Dimensions

Jesus Christ is the embodiment of the fullness of Grace.

You have already received “of His fullness.” The supply is not the problem; the access is.

Many believers are content living in a mansion but staying only in the hallway because they are afraid of the responsibility that comes with the “inner rooms.”

The God of ALL GRACE is able to make ALL Grace abound towards you—as long as you keep pressing into those dimensions.

Growing in Grace means opening the doors to the rooms of Wisdom, Power, and Character. This growth is not a “toil of the soul.” It is a deepening of the Consciousness of Grace.

The more you realize you are an “assisted man,” the faster you grow into these dimensions.

Arrogance stunts your growth because it relies on the self; surrender accelerates your growth because it relies on the Infinite.

Conclusion: Pressing into the Dimensions of Grace

The God of All Grace has provide His abundant Grace, the Promises, and the Spirit.

However, we must understand that these provisions are not a call to spiritual passivity, but an invitation to pursuit. To stop growing is to stop possessing.

The Lord expects an incremental advancement in our walk, where yesterday’s revelation becomes the floor for today’s encounter.

My charge to you is simple but weight-bearing: Do not settle for the shore — go deeper.

There are infinite possibilities of Grace available to you right now.

You have been given the “Executive Initiative” of God; it is now your responsibility to steward that gift with all diligence.

Move from the hallway into the inner chambers of His power. Move from being an assisted man to being a man who carries the very dimensions of Sovereign Authority.

The God of ALL GRACE is ready to make it abound towards you, but only as long as you keep pressing into those dimensions.

The fullness is yours. The geography is vast. It is time to possess your Divine inheritance.
